Refunds

SuSu Yoga can only offer a full refund if the selected course is fully booked on receipt of payment. SuSu Yoga cannot offer refunds or transfer classes to another term for students who are unable to complete their course, or were unable to attend the classes due to illness, work, family or other reasons.

 

Missed classes

Payment for classes is for the term booked and isn't exchangeable or transferable to other terms. Any missed classes can be made up within the term by attending one of the other classes on offer.

SuSu Yoga will make every effort to ensure that Susan is at every class, but due to prior commitments (which is rare) it may be necessary to substitute another teacher for some classes. We will endeavour within a term to allow this to happen on no more than 2 of the full term of classes.

 

 

Private Classes

If you need to cancel or re-schedule a private 1-2-1 Yoga lesson, we ask you kindly to notify us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
