Move Your Soul is a retreat that offers healthy meals, yoga sessions (with me), sunshine and an opportunity to connect with nature.
I have planned a bespoke, intimate, fun, and chilled retreat for July 2024, where you will never feel lost in a crowd.
I've hosted retreats at this picturesque venue before, and I can't wait to go back and share this journey with you.
If you're worried about coming alone, don't be! 85% of people come on a retreat alone, and you will make new friends.
You'll leave feeling rejuvenated, energised, healthy, loved, relaxed, and connected to your soul.
Being an experienced teacher, I've designed this retreat to suit everyone, from absolute beginners to yoga/fitness enthusiasts.
Expect morning sessions of energising yoga that will help increase your strength, flexibility, and mobility.
The evening classes will be slower-paced Hatha and Yin Yoga, focused on releasing deep muscular tension and promoting relaxation.
I'll also guide you through meditations, pranayama (breathing de-stress techniques), and setting intentions from the heart.
These transformative practices will help liberate your body and mind, allowing you to experience pure bliss.

To do whatever your heart desires.
Join one of the organised tours (see below).
Swim, sunbathe, read by the pool, lunch, stroll into town, or a relaxing massage.
5.30 - 7pm - Yoga class
7.30pm - Dinner

8 - 9am - Yoga
9am - Breakfast
11am - Checkout
Goodbyes
The schedule includes one day in the week when there is no yoga class. This is a full day for yourself!

This beautiful small family-run yoga hotel is near the gorgeous unspoiled Iztutu beach and a large market in Dalyan village, situated on the small river
that joins the lake to the sea. Our home is in the conservation area between the village and the beach. You are welcome to use...

RETREAT DOESN'T INCLUDE

FLIGHTS
Fly to Dalaman airport.
Check-in 3pm onwards. Please note if you arrive after 11pm you will have to do self-check-in on arrival.
(Instructions will be advised before you departure from the UK).
Flights from London (All airports) to Dalaman - 4 hours 05 minutes
TRANSFERS
Individual taxi transfers - I will provide you with the airport meeting point and the names of the other guests in your transfer taxi and a driver will meet you.
The fare for this service is £30 per person (£15.00 each way), regardless of the number of passengers per taxi. Please give your cash payment to your taxi driver.
For this service you have to order a return transfer.
The journey takes 30 minutes.
Visas are no longer required.
All passengers must have at least six months remaining on their passports upon arrival in Turkey.
BOOKING
Pay in full now or reserve your place with a £350 non-refundable deposit. Your place will only be secured once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance will then be due - Tbc, eight weeks before the start of the retreat.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled, full payments will be refunded or moved to another retreat in 2025/26/27
Travel expenditures will not be reimbursed, and are considered each individual's own liability.
It is the responsibility of each participant to book their flights and to find out about flight schedule changes (and Covid-19 regulations) relevant for their trip.
Travel & medical & trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
If cancellations are made within six weeks or less before the retreat date: payments are not refundable.
