Over the years, I’ve partnered with the best local massage therapists, tour guides, and restaurants to ensure that every aspect of your
retreat exceeds expectations. Inspired by the feedback of past attendees, who encouraged me to transform the retreat into a
full-fledged yoga holiday, I’m delighted to offer you a truly special experience in 2025. You’ll press the reset button with daily yoga
and nutritious, delicious meals, cooked by authentic Turkish chefs. You’ll also have the chance to explore the breathtaking
beauty and rich culture of Turkey.

Hosting intimate retreats is a true joy - I love getting to know and connect with people on a personal level,
as well as being able to provide personal attention and guidance throughout your yoga classes.

If you’re nervous about coming alone - don’t worry! 85% of our guests come solo.
By the end of the week, you will of made new friends, feel rejuvenated, energised, healthy and relaxed!
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I am still as passionate about yoga today as I was when I first began.
The classes will be suitable for all levels of yoga - from absolute non-bendy beginners,
or, if you've practised yoga but it feels a little rusty, to experienced yogis - this retreat is for YOU!
My teaching style is flexible, and I tune into each person's unique energy, abilities, and experiences.
I’ll offer a diverse blend of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga,
and mobility/flexibility training (perfect for complementing your gym or sports routine),
as well as meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques to relieve stress). I’ll also offer
30-minute one-on-one sessions for those who seek more personal guidance (available for an additional cost).
Morning yoga is an energising and creative practice that sets you up for the day, and leaves you feeling
refreshed and stretched out!In the evenings, we’ll wind down with gentle, restorative yoga to release
deep muscular tension and promote deep relaxation. For those interested in advancing their practice,
I'll incorporate workshop-style lessons covering arm balances, inversions (headstands, scorpion pose, and more),
so there’s something for everyone!

TIME TO CHILL
This intimate, family-run yoga hotel is near the gorgeous unspoiled Iztutu beach and a large market in Dalyan village, situated
on the small river that joins the lake to the sea. Our home is in the conservation area between the village and the beach.

FLIGHTS
Fly to Dalaman Airport.
Check-in from 3:00pm onwards.
If you arrive after 11:00 PM, self-check-in will be available upon arrival (instructions will be provided before your departure).
Flight time from London (all airports) to Dalaman: Approximately 4 hours and 5 minutes.
TRANSFERS
Individual taxi transfers will be arranged. I will provide you with the meeting point at the airport and the names of fellow guests in your transfer taxi.
The driver will meet you at the airport.
Fare: £30 per person (£15 each way).
Journey Time: 30 minutes
Please pay the taxi driver directly in cash. Return transfers must be booked in advance.
Visas are no longer required for UK citizens.
All passengers must have at least six months remaining on their passports upon arrival in Turkey.
BOOKING
To secure your place, you can either pay in full now or reserve it with a £350 non-refundable deposit.
Your spot will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due by 18th May 2025 (six weeks before the retreat start date).
