If you have been left feeling unmotivated, sluggish with low energy, now is the time to reinvigorate and get back to feeling energised and healthy - Body and Mind. This is the workshop for you!
Susan has designed a fully rounded two and a half hour workshop to help you focus, detox and de-stress your body, mind and spirit...moving forward into 2022 with a 'spring in your step'!
1.00pm - 1.10pm
Resolve to Evolve
The workshop will start with a short talk about how traditional resolutions can often be driven by our egos, having a negative effect on our minds. This often makes us feel like we are not good enough the way we are.
Instead, we will focus on a yoga tradition which offers a refreshing alternative to the New Year’s resolution: the practice of Sankalpa. (You will refer to your chosen Sankalpa towards the end of the workshop, in Yoga Nidra).
1.10pm - 2.35pm
Yoga Asana (postures) Flow
Susan has purposely chosen postures that will cleanse and purify your internal organs (stomach, liver and intestines). The flow will also consist of invigorating poses to help build heat, directing energy up and out and encourage detoxification in the body and cleansing of the chakras. Incorporating lots of twists to rinse out toxins and backbends to invigorate your system.
2.45pm - 3.30pm
Guided Yoga Nidra / Relaxation
Yoga Nidra, meaning 'Yogic Sleep' - that has been proven to effectively reduce...
Many other psychological disorders.
Yoga Nidra, the method of conscious sleep. Considered to be one of the deepest meditation techniques, leading you into a state of total stillness, insight and relaxation ~ bliss!

Suitable for all levels, (but not complete beginners). Modifications will be given to more advanced and beginner students.
Please do not eat for at least 90 minutes before.
Bring socks/jumper/blanket, to keep you cosy for the yoga nidra. (Blankets are also provided).
Mats/Blocks/Belts/Lavender eye pillows provided.
