I have designed a fully rounded two hour workshop to help you focus, detox and de-stress your body, mind and spirit...moving forward into 2022 with a 'spring in your step'!
This year I have adapted this annual detox workshop to bring you this experience online, in the warmth and comfort of your own home - LIVE, via Zoom. I'm hoping this will be the final year that the workshop is online, so please do take advantage of being able to attend this workshop wherever you live. A great way to move into the rest of your year!
Yoga Asana (postures) Flow
I've purposely chosen postures that will cleanse and purify your internal organs (stomach, liver and intestines). The flow will also consist of invigorating poses to help build heat, directing energy up and out and encourage detoxification in the body and cleansing of the chakras. Incorporating lots of twists to rinse out toxins and backbends to invigorate your system.
Guided Yoga Nidra / Relaxation
Yoga Nidra, meaning 'Yogic Sleep' - that has been proven to effectively reduce;
plus, many other psychological disorders. Yoga Nidra - the method of conscious sleep - is considered to be one of the deepest meditation techniques, leading you into a state of total stillness, insight and relaxation ~ bliss!
If you would like to enjoy the workshop, but the time doesn’t suit you - no worries! It's being RECORDED. You are welcome to purchase the workshop and on Sunday 6th February, you will receive a link to access the recording for 8 days, until 11.59pm Monday 14th February. (The link will expire after this period).
Useful Workshop Information
Venue: Online (your home).
Suitable for all levels, (but not complete beginners). Modifications will be given to more advanced and beginner students.
Please do not eat for at least 90 minutes before.
Bring socks/jumper/blanket, to keep you cosy and warm for the yoga nidra.
