(To build your consistency, it is recommended that 

beginners book onto the 8 week course).

Class Level Description

Beginner / Suitable for absolute non-bendy/complete beginners.

General / mixed abilities. A combination of styles are taught - Hatha / Vinyasa / Dharma). You should be familiar with Sun Salutations /shoulderstand. Not recommended for complete beginners. 

Power Yoga / All levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced (class description below).

POWER YOGA Class Description 

Power Yoga is a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, making you feel 'powerful' and 'strong' in every pose and in life!

Each class is sequenced to offer varied, fun, and a dynamic practice that will keep you on your toes!

Power Yoga moves more quickly than regular yoga, and as such gives more cardio output.

There is a strong emphasis on strength / Approximately 15 minutes of core muscle exercises + toning all your major muscle groups.

The class concludes with a relaxation (in candlelight), to help prevent the build up of lactic acid (stiffness in muscles) and a chance for your body/mind to recover, de-stress and relax.    

Particularly beneficial for anyone who wants to get fit! 

No equipment required.
