Class Description
Suitable for absolute non-bendy/complete beginners.
This 6 week course will give you an introduction to some of the fundamental yoga poses, whilst also improving flexibility, coordination and mobility. You also will be taught breathing and relaxation techniques, particularly beneficial to help you de-stress. This course is alo great if you would like to just ease yourself
back onto the mat, practicing at a slower pace.

Class description
HATHA & VINYASA FLOW YOGA will help you come away from your busy day, stretch out and press the 'reset button'. This class encourages you to step outside your boundaries, increasing your flexibility, strength and range of movement. Balancing the Yin and Yang of your body & mind - feeling more energised, but also relaxed.
Combining yoga styles Hatha + Vinyasa Flow yoga.
This is a General level class (mixed abilities) - but not suitable for complete beginners.

LUNCHTIME YOGA

Class Description: This 60-minute lunchtime class will connect you to your zen! Breathing + Relaxation + Flowing Asanas to raise your 'midday' energy, whilst also de-stressing your body and mind - A perfect recharging break in the middle of your working day!

Stretches & postures to encourage you to step outside your boundaries, whilst increasing your flexibility and range of movement.
This practice will help you balance the Yin and Yang of your body & mind ~ feeling more energised, healthy and strong, but also de-stessed and relaxed. Combining yoga styles,
Hatha + Vinyasa Flow yoga ~ with a sprinkle of mobility / strength training + a final deep relaxation.

YIN YOGA - plus Deep Relaxation.

Class Description: This class gives your body and mind an opportunity to completely unwind - coming away from your week and feeling stress and tension literally melt away. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. A Yin practice is slow-paced (making this class particularly suitable for absolute beginners) and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, helping you stretch and lengthen tissues and release deep layers of muscular tension, whilst also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. The practice will conclude with a guided 15-minute DEEP RELAXATION, using autosuggestion ~ bliss!
SATURDAY
SUNRISE FLOW - Emphasis on releasing tension from the NECK and SHOULDERS or TIGHT HIPS.
9.30am - 10.45am
All Levels.
Class Description: Vinyasa Flows, designed to invigorate your body and mind, waking up your body giving you energy for the rest of your day. Towards the latter part of class there is a strong focus on releasing tension from shoulders and neck, OR tight hips! Helping you reset and de-stress after a busy week. The lesson concludes with a relaxation, to help relax muscles and your mind. This class is the prefect way to roll into your weekend.
SUNDAY
STRONG SUNDAY
11am - 12pm
All Levels
Class Description: Not Yoga! This is a body conditioning - you will strengthen, tone & sweat!
Main focus is on GLUTES, LEGS & ABS
A strong and flexible body, plus a strong and flexible mind is key! In this 60-minute class you have the opportunity to particularly focus on tone and strength of glutes, legs and abdominals. Plus cardio, exercising your heart, ultimately strenghtening your cardiovascular system. Finishing the class with a 10 minute cool down stretch, to maintain flexibility, mobility and to help prevent the build up of lactic acid.
Feel free to use hand weights or bands to increase resistance, but absolutely not necessary.

Instructions to access your class
1. Download Zoom for free onto your computer, tablet or phone and register for a basic account.
2. Create space for you to practice in - A yoga mat is required. I recommend having a block, belt, blanket and pillow (but don't worry if you don't have props at home).
3. You will be sent an email with the class access link 30 minutes before the start of your lesson and a short registration form to complete (name/email address). If you made your payment via PayPal your link will be sent to your email address registered with PayPal) .
4. 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start, follow that link to active Zoom.
