60 MIN LUNCHTIME YOGA
12 - 1pm
Combining styles Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
Class Description: This 60-minute lunchtime class will connect you to your zen! Breathing + Relaxation + Flowing Asanas to raise your 'midday' energy, whilst also de-stressing your body and mind - A perfect recharging break in the middle of your working....(or furlough) day!
YIN YOGA - plus Deep Relaxation.
12 - 1pm
Class Description: This class gives your body and mind an opportunity to completely unwind - coming away from your week and feeling stress and tension literally melt away. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. A Yin practice is slow-paced (making this class particularly suitable for absolute beginners) and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, helping you stretch and lengthen tissues and release deep layers of muscular tension, whilst also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. The practice will conclude with a guided 15-minute DEEP RELAXATION, using autosuggestion ~ bliss!

SUNRISE FLOW - Emphasis on releasing tension from the NECK and SHOULDERS or TIGHT HIPS.
9am - 10.15am
Class Description: 60 minutes of Vinyasa flows, designed to invigorate your body and mind, waking up your body giving you energy for the rest of your day. Towards the latter part of class there is a strong focus on releasing tension from shoulders and neck, OR tight hips! Helping you reset and de-stress after a busy week. The lesson concludes with a relaxation, to help relax muscles and your mind. This class is the prefect way to roll into your weekend.
STRONG SUNDAY - (Not Yoga)
11am - 12pm
Class Description: Main focus on GLUTES, LEGS & ABS
Body conditioning - Strength, Tone & Sweat!
A strong and flexible body, plus a strong and flexible mind is key! In this 60-minute class you have the opportunity to particularly focus on strength and tone of glutes, legs and abdominals. Plus cardio exercising your heart, ultimately strenghtening your cardiovascular system. Finishing the class with a 10 minute cool down stretch, to maintain flexibility, mobility and to help prevent the build up of lactic acid.
Feel free to use hand weights or bands to increase resistance, but absolutely not necessary.

Instructions to access your class
1. Download Zoom for free onto your computer, tablet or phone and register for a basic account.
2. Create space for you to practice in - A yoga mat is required. I recommend having a block, belt, blanket and pillow (but don't worry if you don't have props at home).
3. You will be sent an email with the class access link 30 minutes before the start of your lesson and a short registration form to complete (name/email address). If you made your payment via PayPal your link will be sent to your email address registered with PayPal) .
4. 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start, follow that link to active Zoom.
