Live Online Yoga Class Schedule - November 2020




12 - 1pm

Combining styles Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. 

All Levels (but not complete beginners). 


Class Description: This 60-minute lunchtime class will connect you to your zen! Breathing + Relaxation + Flowing Asanas to raise your 'midday' energy, whilst also de-stressing your body and mind - A perfect recharging break in the middle of your working....(or furlough) day! 




6.30pm - 7.45pm

Combining styles Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. 

All Levels (but not complete beginners).  


Class Description: This live online class will give you an opportunity to step outside your boundaries and practice your inversions, arm balances and advanced asanas. Alternatively, you are welcome to focus on the more relaxing stretches and resting when you need to. 
55 minutes of asana flows and deep stretches.
20 minutes concluding the class with Pranayama (breathing exercises), to help reduce anxiety, stress and insomnia and increase the flow of oxygen and prana whilst expanding your lung capacity - followed by a deep relaxation.



6.30 - 7.45pm

Fitness-based yoga
All Levels (but not complete beginners). 


Class Description: 65 minutes of dynamic yoga postures and flows, created to get your heart pumping and your muscles strong. Focus on core exercises and drills to condition and strengthen muscles, whilst providing deep stretches to maintain flexibility.
10 minutes, concluding the class with a deep relaxation - to help prevent lactic acid and to relax the mind.  




YIN YOGA  - plus Deep Relaxation.   

12 - 1pm
All Levels (including complete beginners). 

Class Description: This class gives your body and mind an opportunity to completely unwind - coming away from your week and feeling stress and tension literally melt away. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. A Yin practice is slow-paced and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, helping you stretch and lengthen tissues and release deep layers of muscular tension, whilst also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. The practice will conclude with a guided 15-minute DEEP RELAXATION, using autosuggestion ~ bliss! 




SUNRISE FLOW - Emphasis on releasing tension from the NECK and SHOULDERS or TIGHT HIPS. 
10am - 11.15am 
All Levels.


Class Description: 60 minutes of flows, designed to invigorate your body and mind, giving you energy for the rest of your day. There will be a strong focus on releasing tension from tight shoulders and neck, OR tight hips - helping you reset and de-stress after a busy working week.
15 minutes, concluding your class with a Pranayama (breathing exercise), to help reduce anxiety and worries - followed by a relaxation.

Instructions to access your class

1. Download Zoom for free onto your computer, tablet or phone and register for a basic account.
2. Create space for you to practice in - A yoga mat is required. I recommend having a block, belt, blanket and pillow (but don't worry if you don't have props at home).

3. You will be sent an email (to the email address registered with PayPal) with the class link, approximately 30 minutes before your class starts (if not before), and a short registration form to complete (name/email address). 
4. 5-10 minutes before the class is due to start, follow that link to active Zoom.

Each online 75-minute class is £10.00

Lunchtime 60-minute class is £8.00
