75 MINUTE CLASS
Style: A mix of Hatha + Vinyasa Flow yoga + a sprinkle of mobility & strength training.
All levels - but not suitable for complete beginners.
Class Description: This class will help you come away from your busy day and press the 'reset button'.
Stretches & postures to encourage you to step outside your boundaries, whilst increasing your flexibility and range of movement.
This practice will help you balance the Yin and Yang of your body & mind ~ feeling more energised, healthy and strong, but also de-stessed and relaxed. Combining yoga styles,
Hatha + Vinyasa Flow yoga ~ with a sprinkle of mobility / strength training + a final deep relaxation.
